The Pfälzerwald

This magical forest is a UNESCO world heritage site, and a dark sky sanctuary. Any time I do astro photos in Germany, 8/10 times this is the place I’m doing it. It has many deep gorges with streams running through it, and there’s always a good hike to be found here.
